Requests for refunds will be navigated on an individual case basis. We ask that if a refund is desirable or one wishes to make a complaint, that you please contact us via email so we have an opportunity to rectify the problem. Heart and soul goes into each collection piece of the Rusty River range therefore customer satisfaction is very important to us! We endeavour to provide the best experience we possibly can. 
Please note this policy will be correct and effective with the intent to update in the near future. 

- Handmade Items
Please be reminded that a vast majority of the items inside this store are handmade by Rusty River, while each piece is created with the upmost care in craftsmanship and material integrity- breakages, weakening or damage can occur if the item is dropped, stretched or roughly handled. It is NOT advisable for small children to be unsupervised while handling the item as choking could occur. 

- Custom Animal Keepsakes - 

Working with epoxy resin can carry small risk regardless of skill. This is due to the precision nature of the material which can be affected by many variables - such as weather, environmental temperature, article suitability etc. 

I will always contact and discuss the customisation process, requirements and design preferences before beginning a project. 

When sending samples to be used inside the project I ask that you do NOT send through the entire amount you have - this way you always have an untouched backup or precious keepsake if for any unseen reason a project has failed.
